How can we improve New Mail?

I really hate the RED ALERT symbol..

I really hate the RED ALERT symbol.. and you folks notating a draft as "draft" in red. WE ARE NOT IDIOTS!!
I, for one, am totally aware when I move something to the DRAFT file and don't need to be told it's there!
The "ME" thing is also stupid. what are we.. 5?
