Hire some programmers that know what they are doing.
I recently gave feedback with a problem that I was having. Here is the response in its entirety from Yahoo!
Please try clearing the browser cache and cookies. If the issue persists, try using a different browser.
REALLY? Your product doesn't work with one of the major browsers? Hire some programmers that know what they're doing and you won't have this problem. I manage a team of 6 programmers and every single one of them makes sure that their applications work with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE, and Safari. This is really not a big deal - I can't believe your response was to use a different browser. Shame on you. Bring back Classic e-mail - that as least actually worked.
