When replying to an e-mail, leave the page focus where it is. Don't move it to the top of the page when you start typing.
When typing a long reply to an e-mail, i lose my cursor due to the page autoscrolling to the top every time i type, forcing me to stop and scroll down to check my typing. Even when i scroll down, as soon as i type, it pops back to the top of the page.
