I was hacked and need to recover my account

My gmail, facebook and yahoo mail was hacked. The first time I notice this was when I saw my messenger sending message to someone when I am not even typing anything. I secure my facebook immediately. And then I check my gmail and I realized it is also logged in on other device that is not mine. So I secure that as well.

I have never logged out my yahoo on my iphone since I got my phone. I then reailize when I was checking my gmail that my social media account that supposedly all connected to my yahoo has not sent me any notice for months now. I check my gmail setting only to realise yahoo was unlink. I checked my iphone and found out I have been logged out on my yahoo on that device as well and my last password is no longer working. I change eveything that is connected there to my gmail except from online banking which was a challenge.

I have this yahoo account for more than 10 years now and my whole was there. I have change my apple ID they were very accommodating but I have problems connecting with yahoo supports.

I have tried everything to get my account back but everything has been change there, the recovery emails and numbers are all different.

I hope somebody could help me.

    I need help. I am not receiving all my emails when I email someone they cannot reply to my email. Ive been asking for help for months. I have been told by a receptionist at my office that when she replyes to me my email is changed. the i in my name is changed to an L. can someone please help me figure this out......please
