Focus on your customer needs
Very unhappy with ads in a business account - 15 years with Yahoo and I'm seriously considering a different platform. Year after year of disappointment with lack of services and ease of doing business. Its a shame you have ruined the experience for so many. Hard to continue a relationship when you continue to ignore your customer needs.
