one email sends several times
This is less an idea than it is a complaint, and since I'm not going to pay you $5 a month to get support for YOUR ****** email, I guess I have to do it here. Every time I send an email, the recipient gets several copies of the same email in their inbox. I imagine it gets really annoying for anyone I mail, which is ultimately going to make your service look bad more than it does me, but it's still unprofessional when I'm looking for a new job.
