How can we improve New Mail?

The SCROLL Bar is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!! I want to quit yahoo mail just because it takes me extra minutes each time to find a way to sctoll down. It is extra thin, lights u when I move across it but then every time it doesn't work or accidentally deletes messages etc. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
