Why the **** can't I get any support via email or have to pay for phone support?
I use Microsoft Outlook to access my email accounts on both my PCs and my phone. I just got a yahoo email saying you're not going to support 3rd party apps any more with only 2 days notice. I have questions and I can't even ask for help via email and you want to charge me a monthly fee to get phone support. This is totally unacceptable.
