Make bills/invoices available for longer than 6 months
I just discovered through chat that previous bills/invoices for Yahoo mail are only available for 6 months! People don't start to do taxes typically until the beginning of the following year. Well guess what, everyone? You won't find invoices from the beginning of the year - only the past 6 months. You now have no proof for the IRS that you paid everything you did to Yahoo, thanks to Yahoo's crummy practice of only making the past 6 months of proof of payment available. Most companies that we do business with give you access to several years of your proof of payment - not just 6 months. Yahoo, make at least 18 months available of previous invoices/bills/proof of payment!
