Problem with Chat Agents
I chatted with 4 Chat Agents with no results. They suggested unrelated solutions, disconnected or said they had network or system problems and for me to try in a few hours. I have the CHAT Session to upload for a Supervisor to review.

I got an email from a conscientious email agent. She with 3 other email agents solved my simple problem that the 4 Chat agents should have solved. I had to turn off T+.

I had another Agent from Yahoo Customer Care (mail.tech@cc.yahoo.com) email me, I replied with my issue and another email agent provided a solution that worked. Any of the earlier 4 Chat Agents should have also known this solution. They need retraining. Case Closed.
