Forwarding
I saw that Yahoo is discontinuing automatic mail forwarding... well, unless you pay for it. Here’s my feedback: you’re welcome to take away features. It’s your product. But don’t start your email this way: “At Yahoo, we are continually looking for ways to deliver the best products and services to our customers.” People aren’t stupid. Putting a free feature behind a pay wall isn’t an improvement. So, if you want to make your product worse, go for it! Just don’t treat your users like they’re idiots, too.
