There needs to be a place to report phishing button and a confidence rating for email.
There needs to be a report phishing email button along with the spam button. This would allow an internal threat intelligence feed from the users to be able to help other users. The confidence rating could be for receiving messages from "Paypal customer support@earthlink.com" that would alert people that it really isn't from Paypal. There are those users out there that will believe anything from "Paypal, Amazon, 'YOUR BANK'" and that only propagates the issues and criminal behavior.
