Fix email so that it: a) doesn't mark long time valid email as spam; b) does provide evidence that there's spam
I wasn't getting emails from my library or a few other sites where I regularly get notifications. I thought something was messed up on their end, as the Spam folder wasn't bolded nor was there a number showing how many spam entries were there. I couldn't figure it out, and finally took a look in the folder. Bingo! A bunch of valid emails were there.
First, it's idiotic that you started marking them as spam, since I've been getting them for years. Then there's the headline. Your Spam folder is not showing any indication that anything is there.
Finally, I'll tack on this: Why, when I click help from a tab where I'm logged in, does your help page act as if I'm not logged in?
And you want me to pay for Pro? Right...
