One of my email accounts is visible on my desktop PC, but on my phone it says the email account has expired.
I signed up for yahoo many years ago and it was free (w/adds). But now on my mobile app, one of my accounts has a triangle with an exclamation point and it says my account has expired. Yet I can still access it on my desktop PC. Needless to say I'm not happy about that. Lately every day the app won't open on my phone until I go into my Android settings and clear cashe. To get help I have to pay $5 per month. So I guess I will have to migrate to Hotmail or Gmail? You are not giving me a choice I'm comfortable with considering the length of time I've been on this platform and all the adds I've had to see. I think at least a live chat with a professional support team, and not a.i., would be nice enough for me to consider keeping my accounts open with Yahoo.
