Why doesn't the "compose E-Mail" function work exactly like a word processor? Why do I always have to type things in MS-Word to get it right, and then copy it over? And then the formatting is still all screwed up. Maybe the Yahoo people should be forced to use their own products so that they can see what problems exist.
