Within the last year or two, I have been getting more and more spam. This just seems like an attempt to get me to pay for your premium membership. This doesn't happen with G-Mail and it was never a problem before you started your premium service. I believe Yahoo is purposely allowing more spam to come through. The only thing it's going to do is make me cancel my service with you after over 25 years and go with a different service.

Getting much more Spam in my Inbox, and asked "do you want to unsubscribe" instead of just marking as spam and stopping those type emails. I get inundated with spam about so-called "deliveries" from Ace hardware, Banks, CVS and others. ALL are from different emails and NONE are legitimate company email addresses. Why does this keep happening? Please make the spam filters "stronger." Thanks.

Camp Legeune emails are blowing past yahoo spam filters. I'm gotten NINE in the past 90 minutes. The problems is that the subject lines are NOT plain text, but are encoded. To say the spam filters suck is an under statement. These emails have a return address at is over 350 characters. How hard can it be to flag any email with a return address over 40 characters as spam? The subject line is over 400 characters. GIVE ME MORE CONTROL. And, yes, I do flag them as spam. (Funny how your not allowed to say the category of feedback is SPAM.) Please pay attention to this issue.

Spam is out of control. No matter how many i mark as spam (or unsubscribe), they still show in inbox. I can't keep this up. If it doesn't get better soon I am just going to close up my yahoo account.

Yes, there is only one solution to your request. The solution is to delete your account.

Currently when you create a filter to move [From]: John Doe to spam or to inbox, the filter doesn't work.
Another example is I get emails from my mobile provider for messages and they're automatically moved put in the spam folder (in error) despite crating a filter [FROM]:@domain.com, it doesn't work.
Only Gmail's filtering scheme is intelligent enough to filter properly based on the rules.

Right now, users can accidently press or click on the unsubscribe button when known spam enters the inbox. To avoid this, allow users to remove the unsubscribe button from the option where it asks us to unsubscribe or report spam. Have the unsubscribe function as a separate button.

For example, I got a phishing email from this email:
ecvxkapeeqardxmpnratoec@samantaha.com
I marked it as spam.
All future emails coming from this domain name, Samantha.com, should be processed as spam, and not get into my inbox. -

spam block and delete still not working correctly, please fix... so very time consuming trying to block files only for them to pop back.. so can only delete them... irritating... and block list is not full either...

Since the war in Ukraine started, I receive a lot of phishing which is delivered to my inbox even if I mark the respective emails as SPAM.
Do you work for Russians?

Stop sending emails to the spam file that should not have been sent there. Let me do that. I have found emails that should have been my inbox. Do not do thinking for me, I'll do that. I'll will make that decision.

Your news coverage is completely biased. And at the same time, you let all of these spam emails infiltrate subscribers' emails. Your subscribers have options to block and delete those emails, knowing good and well they never use the same email configurations as they continually send them. Sad thing is, you know exactly what you are doing!

We can currently get rid of bulk mail in two ways: trash, or spam. We need a third flag: Scam.
This immediately removes it from all folders, blocks the originating sender, and flags it as higher priority for investigation by yahoo for proper filtering/blocking and possible criminal prosecution.
