How can we improve New Mail?

I use Windows Mail to link my email accounts. Since Windows 11 some of the Yahoo emails arrive in code and are unreadable. Please fix

Some of my Yahoo emails arrive in code in Windows Mail. This seems to have started with Windows 11 but I have heard it is Yahoo that is not supporting syncing. Please return the syncing ability.
