Blocked email login (1 hour waiting time)
Yahoo often blocks access to my email account with a one hour waiting time.
Super annoying as I cannot see any good reason why. Their statement to protect my account is absolutely nonsense.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please give me an option to disable region lock, thank you.

Every time I restart my computer and go to log in into my Yahoo Mail (I know my password), I am told that my account has been locked and that I should try again in an hour using the same computer and web browser. I am in Canada and don't have Yahoo plus to contact you, please provide a solution, this is infuriating.

Yahoo imposes a one-hour sign-in wait on me to help keep accounts secure and private. I find this unacceptable and I don't understand why, I use my usual PC and Google Chrome.

I have been a happy customer of Yahoo Mail for over 30 years. If I can’t access my emails when I want, I will have to pursue other options.

Over the past two months, over half the time I want to see my emails I now receive,”We can’t sign you in right now. To prevent unauthorized access….”. Then you tell me to retry in 1 hour. Why are you preventing me from accessing my account? How about allowing clients to access their mailbox when they want!

Sometimes urgent access to emails is important.
