password reset code not working
Guys we are trying to get into my friends email . we have tried the last password on the account that has been working . no go . cant get in . we tried the forgot password option to retrieve account . it did send a number code to his phone linked to the account . but when we put the number code in it saying invalid code . i dont get it guys? please fix this . this code sent to his phone should work. whats going on ?
