The transfer from Cox.net to Yahoo for me (and my wife on a separate computer) had been nothing but an (apparent) Disaster!
NO mail being received, Password changes (apparently) NOT working even though Yahoo says "Change" was made.
CANNOT SIGN IN to the OLD Cox NOR the "new" Yahoo" account.
Instructions are extremely puzzling and what ONCE USED TO BE A "FUN" E-mail DAILY experience has not turned into a TOTAL exhaustive MESS.
This TRANSFER from Cox to Yahoo with It's (probable) hidden benefits for either Cox OR Yahoo with all these complications is definitely a DOWNER for (at least) OLDER average Customers who have had to breach technical data that has emerged over the years into a Network of Technical COMPLICATIONS beyond the scope of "average-knowledged" people who only want to enjoy the technical knowledge of communication via E-mails, etc.
