How can we improve New Mail?

Lack of customer support

Yahoo just grabs money from all the ads they force into our emails and completely fails to provide customer support. A multibillion dollar company cant even support it's customers with a free customer support line to speak to a live person? Horrible service - zero customer care.

    Yahoo needs to provider a live customer service line for FREE! For all the money they make off customers and there is zero help available from a real person.
