why is there still captchas,
because i was stressed out i was sent to the emergency room, part of the stress is from when i need to check hospital records among other things in my emails i am constantly asked if im a human thousands of times, this is totally uncalled for, you all are so good at your job that you actually sent me to the hospital, congratulations, plus i had to pay for a new prescription, i actually thought that you all spamming me with captchas would be the most of it, i was completely wrong in all aspects of my thinking, you are doing a great job, maybe it can get worse than an emergency room visit, keep it up, the more stress and anger that i have is only about 2% of what im typing right now, this went from a site that i loved for decades to a site that i never want to log in to anymore, but i cant do that now can i, you literally have me stuck between a rock and a hard place thats constantly evolving, how much more fun do you need to have at the expense of my sanity, do it seem like im human now, no matter how many times i ask you to stop with the captchas you just constantly send more and more and more and more and more, Please STOP, just stop, no more you have made your point, yes you own the site that is connected to my account, i dont even know can i even call it my account, you keep on locking me out saying that im not even human for months, what more could you possiblely want when ive called you lots of times already, i called you two weeks ago and you promised me that you would have a manager call me back, no one has called, so you blew me away just to get rid of me, i loved the site when it ws simple, id hate for someone to ask me how i felt about the site now, and asked me what i thought about the customer service, is this still not human enough for you, thank you for the newly added stress, believe me i am literally paying for it with money, time, and lots of other things, thanks again,

We do not control or manage the sign in flow. You can contact our Customer Care team at help.yahoo.com. They have the tools to help and can definitely answer why they have the sign in flow set up like they do. They are separate from the Mail team. We can help with issues IN the app or product itself.
