I don't want to see ads for ******* in my email inbox!
I switched back to old mail, but now there are a dozen OFFENSIVE ADS in my inbox, and no way to get rid of them. Your idea of ad personalization sucks - I don't want "dating service" (i.e. *******) ads or hook-up ads in my emails!!!!!!

Yes, we do have a few ads in our app/site, but we also offer an ad-free experience (like many apps today) if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus, but of course it's not mandatory. We will also share your feedback with the right team. Thanks.
