How can we improve New Mail?

I want my old emails back!

I logged into my yahoo e-mail account and all my e-mails containing very important information that I have used for about 30 years were gone. all!! inbox, outbox, drafts, etc. I can log into my account but there is nothing in it! How do I solve this?

    If your account has had no activity for 365 days, then the account is deactivated. We communicate this a few times which includes sending you an email to your alternative email account, so make sure that is updated. If you need help reinstating, contact our CC team at help.yahoo.com. They have the tools to help with these issues.

    I too can log into my account, but all my old emails are missing. Yahoo; Please recover all my old emails.
