Allow people to talk to an actual person free of charge
Its ridiculous that the only help you offer is to talk to an AI that doesn't even understand what is being told to it. It didn't help me solve my issue nor did it understand what I told it. It then tells me to go call you guys for "premium" support which requires me to pay to fix problems that are on your end. Thats unacceptable. Right now I can't view my emails iin either the app or on web browser in Chrome or Firefox and I can't delete the emails. I could use some help to fix this but right now your system doesn't allow me to talk to a person without paying you. I've already confirmed it's not my internet, not the cookies or cache, and not the browsers. Some actual assistance would be nice.
