Need of new payment methods
Dear Yahoo.
I am one of your 22 years old customer and we spend many good days together. Yahoo! is my everyday check, since all my business and personal emails there. However, the international regulations and restrictions are now bottlenecks. Recently I cannot pay my monthly subscription for Yahoo plus (since this service is not available in Turkey anymore), and this leads to downgrade to less email capacity.
I have no objection to be downgraded, but the problem is that I cannot pay for extra capacity that I really need. If I downgraded and since I cannot pay for extra capacity, then I have no solution, excpet deleting my old emails.
I already contacted my customer service, suggesting why not to provide other payment methods such as SWIFT or let the customer to pay with credit cards issued in other countries not restricted.
They recommended that I post my suggestion here.
I hope you find a way to let me keep my service, without need to delete some of my old emails. I wish and hope not to be left alone after many years of being together.
