I have had a yahoo email account for 20 years and this last iteration has just about broken me. This platform has made the previous functionality clunky in the extreme. The display is so crowded that it's hard to see my messages effectively. There is no layout that allows me to see the entire width of a message -- I have to slide things left or right to read all the text. I opted to be able to see the whole email but now i have to click on it to see the message text and click again to go back to the email list. This is so inefficient -- i can't just see the message beside the email list in its entirety and delete it without opening. I use Outlook for work and the clean and simple interface is looking a lot more appealing than the circus Yahoo's email has become. This used to be a very solid platform but now it's a cluttered mess that doesn't fulfill its most basic function: to effectively and efficiently deliver email.
