Subject: Problem with Mass Selection / “Select all conversations” does not work

I am trying to delete large numbers of old emails in Yahoo Mail, but the feature to “Select all conversations that match this search” does appear but i cannot delete or move the selection. I can only select one page of emails at a time, which makes it impossible to manage years of old mail efficiently.

Details:

I am using the Standard Yahoo Mail interface on desktop.

When I search by date (e.g., before:2022/01/01), results display correctly, but “Select all conversations” option does not let me delete the collection.

On the Yahoo Mail Android app, date searches often return “no results,” even when I know messages exist.

This seems like a bug, because many help articles and guides say the “Select all conversations” link should appear. Could you please confirm whether this feature is still supported, and if so, why it is not showing up?

This is very important for users who need to clean up old mail without scrolling through thousands of messages manually.
