How can we improve New Mail?

allow non us citizens to upgrade

HI,

I wish to upgrade beyond 20 GB but can not since I am outside USA? What to do?

I have been using yahoo mail since more than 20 years when inbox was max 2 MB and now it seems you want to get rid of non US members,

Why?
