Dear Yahoo Customer Support,
I am experiencing a serious issue with my Yahoo Mail account. I often fail to receive important emails, especially from my bank (such as One-Time Password/OTP emails). These emails are critical for online transactions and account security.
I have checked my Spam/Junk folders, filters, and blocked addresses, but the emails are not found anywhere. This problem prevents me from accessing essential banking services.
Could you please investigate why these legitimate emails are not being delivered to my Yahoo account and advise how to resolve this issue?
