How can we improve New Mail?

Not receiving emails

Hello Yahoo Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue where I am not receiving emails from noreply@snapchat.com. These messages contain password reset links for my Snapchat account, and I urgently need access to them.

I have checked my spam, trash, and all other folders, and confirmed that no filters are set up to block or redirect these messages.

Could you please help me investigate if these emails are being blocked or filtered on Yahoo’s side, and how I can whitelist them to receive them directly in my inbox?
