Emails being lost and never received. Confirmed with sender everything ok on their end. These are known senders in my contacts that have been received in past. This is a yahoo issue but the only way to get assistance is to pay because of your error? How about have a contact form that actually gives you options and not just accidentally deleted. Very long time customer is very very upset with yahoo losing critical emails and wanting me to pay to fix it?!!!!
