I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the current performance of Yahoo Mail. Over the past several days, the service has become extremely slow and frequently unresponsive. Pages often freeze, forcing me to wait or refresh multiple times before I can access my emails.

What is particularly frustrating is that this issue has become noticeable since I began paying for the upgraded Yahoo Mail service and additional storage. In the past, when the service was free, I never experienced such persistent delays or loading issues. It is therefore concerning that, as a paying customer, I am now facing degraded performance instead of improved service quality.

Could you please advise why this is happening and whether Yahoo is currently experiencing any system issues or maintenance that may be affecting performance? I would also appreciate guidance on how to resolve or mitigate the unresponsiveness I’m encountering.
