Where can I make a complaint about the new email storage limits?
I've had my account for a long time and never had any issues with storage as my account has a 1TB limit. I have approx. 30GB used and to free up enough space to get below the limit is very difficult. I spent a number of hours lastnight and only managed to removed about 1GB. This is not helped with the poor UI which it makes it difficult to identify large emails.
I appreciate that Yahoo are trying to remove storage but you have to be realistic for people who are long term customers, especially when you allowed a 1TB account then ask them to slash there storage when you reduce it by such a significant amount.
Can this be sent to the relevant complaints team.
