I have been a loyal subscriber of yahoo mail for many years. It has changed a lot these pass few years form a very reliable e-mail platform to becoming a very unreliable, unstable, insecure an impersonal and dehumanized company. E-mail has became a crucial part of modern society and should not be treated as a simple product but as a need for people as a society. E-mail is needed for social identification, not only for person-to-company means but also as a reliable mean to reach someone through the Internet (omnipresent globally). It is a paradox to see it as a simple product and not make it free for all. Please consider this: make it simple; make it free for all; make it reliable and safe; make it multi-platform (Linux, android, IOS, .... ) and note that many do not have smartphones or bleeding edge desktop or laptops, or the latest release OS simple because they can't. Nothing lasts forever, and money will not buy happiness, but goodwill and empathy is way to became human. Please open your minds and your harts to see the needs of the many, because it out ways the needs of the few or the one - citing Spock - Star Trek. My we all live long and prosper.
