How can we improve New Mail?

Ad Banner across bottom of screen

Why is there a new advertising banner across the bottom of the page? 2 already exist on the right side of the screen. This covers up email where you can only see a small part of it. Is this an intent to have people pay a monthly fee?

    Please remove the ad bar at the bottom of the page, I can't scroll and see the entire email because of Google ads trying to sell me something.

    Ads at the bottom - this is a deal breaker if not removed. I will switch to a different provider if not removed.

    I HATE the ad at the bottom and the side!! It's very annoying!!! It cuts done on my reading space.

    Hi All

    Please set the browser zoom size to 80% so we can see the message preview. Or switch to different service provider. SIMPLE !!!!!!

    Actual idea of Yahoo mail is to see the ads by the users, you people are not ready to see the ads. It is really a clever idea by YAHOO

    Get rid of the ads at the bottom - too frustrating to use yahoo email now. Will change to another

    The huge ad on the right side was annoying enough but the new ad at the bottom leaves me with less than a 4x6 viewing space for my mail. I'm going to make my gmail account my official account if the ad space isn't removed in the next month.

    Remove the **** ad from bottom of screen using firefox for webmail.

    Here's an idea, get rid of the ads on the bottom. I think this was done to get consumers to purchase ad free Yahoo Mail, thieves, that's what you are. I'm leaving Yahoo again. when will you learn? And I might add your category list sucks ***.

    I am on a 14" laptop. I have maybe 20% of the screen for preview of an email.

    Why are you using even more reading space for ads? The latest change makes it almost unusable. I'm going to be looking for a new email client if it doesn't change back.

    Remove the ad from the bottom of the preview screen! Especially the ponography ads. Its annoying seeing such stuff while working on my yahoo mail

    just did above, in answer to how can we improve new mail? i don't mind ads as that's how we get yahoo mail free. but this is just getting too much. now i have only about half or even less of the whole space for my emails and list of email options. too much space now for ads,
    am now thinking of using my gmail more often than my yahoo mail which ive been' loyal' to from the very start.

    Yahoo needs to rethink your strategy. You are now a google ad provider not an email service. Ads on the side, ads in between emails, and now ads at the bottom of the screen covering your inbox. What are you thinking?

    Enough is enough... Ads on the right panel is already an annoyance and now another one is added to the bottom. Two ads flashing at different rate is headache inducing and makes going through emails in the preview panel difficult and unpleasant. I will definitely quit yahoo mail and only use Gmail from now on if the bottom ad is not removed.

    Not sure how Yahoo has got this crazy and suicidal idea to show ads in the preview pane. Yahoo may get a few $$s in the very short term, but this is going to be a strong reason for users to move away from Yahoo mail. Please get rid of these ads
