So you want our feedback, but you don't want us to speak the truth in a public forum or it will be deleted. Where probably everyone has the same complaint. There is nothing wrong with you making money from advertising on my email page. But now my email window is so small that I can't read an email due to the advertising taking up more space than my emails. Its your page so you can do what you want to do. But i have kept this email for years and have been loyal to it only. But if I can't see my email what value is it. And I am not paying extra to get what others will provide for free.
