You can START by CREATING a TRUE COMPLAINT/FEEDBACK LINE!!
Today at 5pm, I lost access to "reply" (in all forms) to ALL of my emails. All of my other functions on the account remained intact. This was at 5pm USA EST. I called in at 9:30pm US EST when I still had the issue, and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION FROM YAHOO as to what was going on.
After calling customer support and being unable to resolve the issue, I was told that there was an issue on the "yahoo" side that "yahoo" engineers were working on. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was finally connected after 25 mintues, and was promised this complaint would be "bubbled up" to managment.
Hear me loud and clear. I've been with Yahoo for 20+ years- I've avoided GOOGLE like the PLAUGE.. I like Yahoo. But I cannot believe that when Yahoo has an outage of ANY KIND, it would not IMMEIDIATELY NOTIFY its user base of the outage. I run 2 businesses that rely on Yahoo mail- and I now see that I most likely need to DTICH YAHOO because YOU SUCK at communications and you CAN"T RELIABLY MAINTAIN YOUR NETWORK!!
What kind of **** is this? If you had any respect for your mail user base, you would immediately send out notice of an outage and that you were addressing it. You DID NOT - WHY? Suffice to say I'm ready to delete my accounts with you, and do the nasty and move to GOOGLE, which appears to be more reliable and responsible.
