I am writing this message to strongly complain about the operational issues with your email app. I installed your email app on my iphone and logged into two of my accounts. However, a few days ago, one of the accounts was suddenly logged out automatically. When I tried to log back in with the correct password, the system asked me some absurd questions that I didn’t know how to answer. After clicking on the help option, the system failed to provide a proper response and only gave me time-wasting suggestions, such as sending me incorrect verification codes. As a result, I wasted several days time before I could finally log in again. I hope your company can provide me with a direct email reply.
