Cant find storage use data
I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

you send messages indicating "approaching 80%", "at 80%" and "exceeding 80%" however, there is no way to learn how much is used and, once messages are deleted, how effective the deletion process was.
How does a user learn how much space they are currently at on a PC using Windows 10 and Chrome browser? -

cant see the storage used by yahoo account. the faq gives incorrect information - no info pops up on hovering

Email stopped working with no warning due to full storage. No option to increase the storage since it is not available in my region according to yahoo.

With your decision to put a small quota on allowable used space and if you're going to make close to 30 year old accounts reduce their usage you could at least provide half decent tools to allow us to easily delete email sin bulk
