Stop changing the design to inflate the ego of your design team. The design you guys have had for years has been clean functional and pleasant to use. The new one is gaudy, bubbly, and requires more input from the user to recover some of the lost functionality.
Its an email service, I dont like having to customize the page just to return to what works better.
If you must continue to change the email home page, then at least leave the option to return to the old layout.
