  1. The email service is very slow and it shows a glitch after i click send

    Dear Yahoo Support Team,

    I am experiencing difficulties with the Yahoo Mail service. When I try to send an email, the system often shows "unable to send message." I usually have to attempt more than three times before a message goes through.

    I have already tested this on different browsers and computers, but the issue persists. Could you please look into this and let me know how it can be resolved?

  6. Give us the ability to resize images embedded in the body of emails

    This functionality existed in the older version of Yahoo Mail, and I used it all the time. It's very frustrating to have zero control of the size of an image in an email.

  7. A word or name is underlined as incorrect, when it is correct. How do I rid this problem?

    Yahoo will NOT allow me to confirm the spelling of a word or name. The spelling is correct, but it is underlined as if it is unacceptable. Is there something I can do to "fix" it? Thank you.

  8. fix a problem with compocition of email

    This is not an idea but rather a report of a possible bug in the yahoo email during composition of an email. While trping the email text, the page intermittently STOPS receiving the text that is typed. It can only be activated again by clicking on the end of the last text characters that were registered on the page. This allows further text addition from a few letters to a few words, and then it stops again. Because I have to look at the keyboard as I type, I do not see that the email page stopped receiving the text,…

  9. stop using AI. Drafts with attachments works not drafts and documents, stupid idea.

    AI is sabotaging my attempt to bypass what it has done in drafts using documents instead of attachments. I composed two e's to different places and they both disappeared because AI doesn't like me trying to counter its stupid decisions eliminating attachments in Drafts and using Documents instead. I can hardly wait till other people smarter than me are affected by AI until then I'm going to retry what i did before when it disappeared.

  10. Solution: use the setting of the previous version and put them in to the current and all future versions for font spacing

    When the previous Yahoo Mail version was used by all of us including business people and their businesses. The problem is when businesses create and send out important emails that contain a lot of information that they want it on one page. The current version make line spacing unnecessarily wider which results in not being able to fit all on one page: Solution: use the setting of the previous version and put them in to the current and all future versions for font spacing. Believe me the business community is not very happy with this current format. Bryan

    Dear Yahoo,
    I am unable to attach files it gives me a note, that file cannot be attached due to file being transferred to drafts e-mails. Only files I can attach is files that was stored in recent attachments.

  14. This new tiny compose window

    This new tiny compose window is absurdly inconvenient. First it does not come up in line of site. Second you cannot move it. Third who wants the visual noise of an open email in the background? Please go back to the original compose box.

    Please help me get rid of virus/ error in account. Whenever I press compose or reply I get the following prefilled in the response box.

  16. Top Contacts

    Get rid of the Top Contacts list on the mobile app. It is inaccurate, confusing, and takes up too much space on the screen. Basically, a useless addition. Maybe it's good for desktops but it is terrible on a phone screen. At the very least, let us turn it off if we don't want it.

  18. A YAHOO ENTITY CALLED ABUSIX HAS BLOCKED MY EMAIL FOR NO REASON

    I am furious and I am leaving yahoo, I cannot believe I never had issues in 2 decades. Suddenly my emails were blocked by an entity called ABUSIX, which required me to have an account to unblock me. Even though ABUSIX found out that there was no reason to block me, my email continues blocked. They are emails about work that I have to hand tonight for tomorrow. I will warn other users in Yahoo, get out of it because Yahoo is going woke obsessed with intelligence. Good riddens Yahoo!

  20. Complaint About How car s is charged for your Services

    I am writing to complain about your policy, regarding the amount charged to an account, when calling for assistance with accessing my Yahoo account.
    The representative was very helpful, patient and professional. However, I am very concerned that he could not tell me exactly how much my debit card will be charged for the service, because he does not know the taxes in my state..
    I am not pleased that I have no way of knowing the total charged, until I receive my card statement.
    Yahoo has to have a more efficient and transparent method.
