  4. Spam Folder Block Senders feature suddenly missing

    I have been using the Block Senders feature in my Spam folder which blocks and deletes the addresses/domains so they don't come back. The other day it suddenly greyed out then just disappears and does not come back. I have to restart email only to see it greyed out and disappear again. Fix it!

  5. Incoming emails duplicating in outbox

    My inbox has suddenly been duplicated in the outbox with all new emails going into both. If I try to delete one from the outbox it is also deleted from the inbox where it should stay.
    I had a few emails that should be in the outbox awaiting sending but they are now lost among hundreds of emails that should not be in the outbox at all. How do I fix the outbox without deleting all emails from the inbox.

  8. Folders not being cleared

    I've added 3 gmail accounts I monitor and why do every mail in the inbox show in the all mail/archive folder too. Also, why do they still up even after I've deleted them, some over 3 years old? When they are deleted they should stay that way.

    How come my mailbox and all folders are all empty and refuse to accept e-mail? Indeed, I haven't used it for more than a year - since my wife passed away:-(

  11. Lost emails

    My email has been down for 4 days because you people in your upper echelon positions can't make decisions that allows the customers to access what we are paying you for. Because Yahoo and AT&T can't come to terms on merging that suits your pocketbook customers and the customer service employees are put in a trick bag. You people are not worth the ground you walk on better yet you are WORTHLESS. I will be changing my service to a company that is not so big until the customers don't matter. I sure you will not respond to this review…

  13. Mail I put into folders is now also showing up also in my regular mail roster

    I "took the bait" today and updated to a new version of Yahoo mail (or mail pro). All mail that I put into folders earlier today is now ALSO still showing up in my regular mail roster.

  14. I have multiple mailboxes in yahoo. I had set different filters in all the mailboxes, but now it seems all the filters are not working

    Not able to set filters in my secondary mailbox as the folder list being displayed are from only primary mail box

  15. Fix the problem of it always going to my SENT mail folder rather than my Inbox every time I open the website.

    Every time I open up my email it ALWAYS goes to my Sent mail folder. I can't find any setting that says to go to the INBOX.

  17. Forwarded emails randomly end up in my deleted folder

    Emails I forward seem to randomly end up in my deleted folder and when I go to place them in a folder there is no option to put them back in the sent folder. I checked on emails that have a forwarded arrow next to them and the forwarded emails no longer exist. Can you fix this please?

  19. Error: Sent mail appears with no content

    I sent an email from my Android app. Then, in my computer, when I open the sent email at the "Sent" folder, the mail seems to have no text. (However, back in the "Sent" folder, the beginning of the text can be seen.) When I open the same email from the Android app, it looks fine.
