How can we improve New Mail?

I have multiple mailboxes in yahoo. I had set different filters in all the mailboxes, but now it seems all the filters are not working

Not able to set filters in my secondary mailbox as the folder list being displayed are from only primary mail box

    This is extremely important to me as well, and it doesn't seem to have been fixed in the past 3 years. I have the same problem as the above person.
