the Yahoo mail apps jam each time open
the GUI of yahoo mail is showing with 1 unread emal indicated on top but no unread email found within the inbox.
And the mobile apps hang each time open the apps and need to close and reopen.
Please fix the issue asap. -

On hold for 45 minutes with no answers, this is a staffing issue not a " we're busy" issue. If I can get phone support calling the VA within 20 minutes, there is no reason in the world why Yahoo can't do it, HIRE SOME PEOPLE stop being penny pinchers you afford it.

In some cases mobile service provider move that msisdn to a new customer by providing that new customer with providing him with a new sim card associated with new ICCID code but associated with the same mobile number, in that case the first Yahoo user can not access his account but the second user account can…

Two months of mail is missing
All of my mail from the month of July and August are missing. I set up a temporary email for my schoolwork, and I receive my bills from school on that email, but for the past two months, I have received none of it.

Yahoo can't compete with other email providers
Yahoo does not compare or compete with other email providers. Your very limited in what your program can do.
Everything from filters, delete emails, stationery, adding logos, pictures to emails, settings etc. I have finally had enough of your format and will be going my merry way. Whoever you have working on your software program should be replaced. Basic items that are needed to conduct everyday stuff is limited. EVEN when you pay for premium services. -

A single-click is always intend to open my email. I never want it to sort all of my emails by that sender! I do not want it set this way as I would not use this feature often, therefore, it should NOT be the default!

"Verification failed"
I have been trying for several days to establish my connection with my Yahoo mail account with my Apple Mail Client, which has 2-step verification enabled. After I put in my Yahoo password, I was given several ways to verify it. No matter what method I use, Passord, text, Yahoo app notice, even though I enter the response correctly, I get a message from Mail saying 'Verification Failed". I have tried to delete the account, used the "Forgot Username" path suggested by their bot and changed my password 3 times. No matter what I do, I get the same message…

Clearing spam messages takes what seems forever
There's an excruciating long wait after spam messages are cleared and until you're able to navigate from the spam folder.
I think I know the reason: so ads and background trackers can do their thing. The longer you stay on the page, the more info they can scrape. After all, why have that nasty spam video in the spam folder? Seems ironic to me. This is forcing others back to Microsoft of Gmail.

Mark each as spam does no good. Unable to block anymore, which also does no good. Yahoo refuses to do anything about the spam. Pathetic…

12 months is not enough to delete emails without warning on revovery emails
I am seriously shocked to have come back to my email with everything deleted. I used to use the yahoo email when I was a kid, and occasionally came to check things and review stuff.
Everything is deleted, emails from my dad dad, friendships from highschool. With no information or warning to our recovery emails.
I think that's terrible.

You are not getting people to signup for updates by taking away existing features
So you no longer block spam, now you are removing other features that existed before such as forwarding. If this not corrected, I am gone!

Make it less complex, counterintuitive, cluttered, and useless
The site is terrible. It's cluttered, jammed with ads and other useless information, and the levels of protection for an email site are way over the top. I had a Yahoo email several years ago and always wondered why Google sort of just took over from Yahoo as the go to search engine/web site/email site. Now I know why. Even posting this simple note requires several steps. This site is just horrible.
