we know advertisements are important. but when I open my e-mail all text is covered by advertisements is really annoying. I use my account since 2007 but I'm slowly moving to other email providers because of full-covered advertisements.

Your Yahoo Mail App is VERY annoying. We paid for 5 yahoo business inboxes and when we use the app ALL YOU ADS come up disguised as emails and we ended up clicking thinking they are coming from our clients. Poor functionality
I used to be able to use the trash can next to a folder in the left hand menu to empty the folder. Now it doesn't work. I just found out that I can right click and select, for example, empty spam, but that doesn't work either. Please fix this.
I also have a problem where I am in the middle of reading an email and it just closes! I can go back and find it by date, usually, but if I am trying to go through unread emails and sort that way, it's a pain to go down and…

The filters have gotten worse, which is why I have not resubscribed for Pro!
After over 13 years of using Yahoo! Mail, I have seen certain areas of performance severely decline. One area is the spam algorithm, but I believe that topic has been exhausted with little results. Please allow iPad web browser to display the full-featured desktop site, not the feature-limited mobile site.
The iPad is as big, fast and capable as a laptop computer, but you are currently forcing the iPad web browser to use only the mobile site rather than the more useful desktop site. There are many useful features in Yahoo mail desktop version which are not available in this miserable mobile version.
Clearly, some less-than-thoughtful programmer made a poor choice of criteria in forcing the iPad to only display the mobile version.

Long delay in update of new emails.
Allow updating of new emails faster. It is frustrating when you want to update or reinstate a password to access a site and cannot do anything until the delay imposed on updating new e-mails in your yahoo account. Perhaps a button to allow update on demand but time limited to once only during a session. this could be refreshed each time you sign in to your account.
