filters do not work
As per the other contributors ... no matter what I enter into a filter, I continue to receive emails that contain what I said to filter and direct into the deleted folder, AND STILL THEY COME. I believe Yahoo is offering a product that does not deliver what it says it can. My understanding is that this kind of product is unlawful. It is operating under false pretences to its customers. I suspect that nothing will change or be resolved unless regulated, as trolling, confidence tricks and dishonesty are driven by greed and relate directly to the product not meeting…

I was just curious, what does the NOT SPAM button do? It does not seem to work at all. Every time I select email and click the NOT SPAM the emails go to regular email and when I to read them the emails go to the spam folder. So, What does the NOT SPAM button do?

I understand ads, I don't understand making users wait to read their email.
I give it 30 days before I shut down my account UNLESS you remove the feature that prevents users from accessing their email until the "REMOVE ADS" blocker is REMOVED.

I've been with you for at least 25 years; it's unfair to force old users to wait ANY amount of time to look at the mail. I don't discard changing mail provider if you don't stop this sort of "blackMAIL" (ironically...)

Legit email going to spam and spam landing in inbox
I have missed personal email invites to sessions because they went to spam even though I have marked them many times as not spam and have added the contact to my contact list but it still goes to spam.
While other SPAM hitting my inbox, with fake paypal pages pointing to fake/link URLs.
Your spam filters are way off lately (02-02-2021) I've been using @yahoo.com for more than 22 years now. -

How can I stop the notice about Ad Blocker?

If I have Ad Blocker off and the noticed pops up then I turn Ad Blocker on. The notice goes away for a while then pops back up. Need to be able to mass delete blocked emails. One by one is time consuming and bothersome. Deleting 1000 froze up and had to refresh

Unwanted ads and basic mail
This new feature of downgrading yahoo mail to basic mail if we don't allow ads is the reason people are leaving your platform. People don't go to their email to look at ads but even if they did, the way yahoo mail does ads is unbearable. I got tired of the constant requests and turned off my adblocker for all of a day and absolutely could not stand it. It was invasive and annoying and made actually checking my email a chore. Yahoo doesn't have much to recommend it over any other email client out there so asking for money…

Today it took 40 minutes for email page to fully load.
I have one other email account, and it is a Yahoo account. It loads immediately and fully, and with the ads. The account that has taken 40 minutes to fully load is also viewed solely on a PC. Why both accounts - and they are both of long-standing, do not function equally, is a mystery. Even the ads do not appear for the full 40 minutes, so a loss to advertisers. 40 minutes.

everything moves slow in yahoo, especially typing
Everything moves at a crawls pace in yahoo. There is a lag in everything I do, typing, the mouse, checking boxes for deletion. It isn't my computer, because it only happens in yahoo.
