Filters
The filters simply don't work - not for the newer spam that holds all the text of the email itself in text boxes. It simply doesn't work - and the old spam filters worked very well.

Emails in browser not deleting when deleted from app
Emails that are in my Yahoo inbox in the browser are not deleted when deleted from my phone app. More specifically, when deleted from the notificataion shade. So everything I delete from my phone I then have to delete again from my inbox when on my browser.
A few weeks ago the emails in my inbox would not even delete from the app when deleting them from my notification shade, but that was fixed. Now only the ones in the browser are not deleted.

I have had this account for twenty-five years. 25. I logged in for the first time in kind of a while, and I see that my sent folder is now empty.
All of the emails I sent to my wife when we met are now gone. Disappeared into the digital ether.

Please allow for mass deletion of emails.
I have 10s of thousands of emails. I haven't the time to laboriously manually delete them 50 at a time. It's why I mostly use Gmail now, because I get almost as many emails with Gmail, but can easily remove as many as necessary at one time. Get with the program. I'm a plus 20-year user of my Yahoo account, but it's getting tedious!

Copy paste is very slow in all my 3 Yahoo emails.
Copy paste is very slow in all my 3 Yahoo emails (one of them is Yahoo Business email). When I right click anything on the Yahoo email drafts to copy something, I have to wait almost 1 minute and then as much as that when I paste it the same thing I copied. Very annoying. This problem is only on Yahoo email, mainly on draft emails.. I have no such issue on anywhere else on my PC.. (Using Windows 10 on a regular PC)

Forwarding
I saw that Yahoo is discontinuing automatic mail forwarding... well, unless you pay for it. Here’s my feedback: you’re welcome to take away features. It’s your product. But don’t start your email this way: “At Yahoo, we are continually looking for ways to deliver the best products and services to our customers.” People aren’t stupid. Putting a free feature behind a pay wall isn’t an improvement. So, if you want to make your product worse, go for it! Just don’t treat your users like they’re idiots, too.

Update/repair the Face recognition security software
Face recognition security is a big issue on the yahoo mail app. I have to log in frequently. NO OTHER APP is this fussy. Don't blame it on Covid19. Repair the software! Circling the drain
I see yahoo has decided to start circling the drain. Might as well flush it down the toilet. Instead of competing with Facebook groups you just did away with them all together. Now you have to post ads all the time and because I run an ad blocker I now have to wait 15sec to access my email. You did that just to make it inconvient. Thanks, from a customer since 1995. Way to show your loyalty! I guess I'll switch to gmail. Is the photobucket team running this site now? What a bunch of losers!

Stick with News and Avoid Retweeting Opinion
This is for your News team since they would not allow comment after retweeting the irrational screed of the New York Times regarding a US Supreme Court ruling that religious institutions be subject to the same rules as liquor stores or bicycle shops! The ruling was the epitome of fairness and equal justice under the law. The State of New York and Governor Cuomo should have never even floated the idea of such a prejudice law. Yahoo is better than this retweet and should stick to hard news with facts that all appreciate. Please pass this on to your superiors.

Improve your Spam filters PLEASE.
I nearly deleted my account because of it. I'm sick to the back teeth of receiving emails regarding African Lottery wins, being the beneficiary of an inheritance, dodgy high end labelled goods at ridiculously low prices and the links to **** dating sites. It's shameful that Yahoo, who have some of the best IT guys in the world working for them can't get this right. My computer is a family computer that my kid has access to.

Trash does not fully empty each time we delete. It takes four tries at different times before it is gone. This needs to be fixed.
