Why do you always ***** up something that was working just fine. The new e-mail is slow and it is not my computer because it is brand new and mostly unresponsive. I hate it will just switch everything to G Mail and forget yahoo completely.

Just return to the previous version. Not one thing you've 'improved' is, in fact, improved.
The performance is worse than it was. The additional elements are distracting & useless. The re-arrangement of icons makes it less useful.
It is a conceit of the mediocre that garbaging up a product with unwanted & pointless 'features' is somehow indicative of progress. Yahoo would have better served its user base by not fixing something that wasn't broken.

Newly opened account not receiving mail
I'm new to Yahoo. No "human" help available like Microsoft?? I'm not getting new emails only stuff from Yahoo. I know I'm using the correct address. Anyone?

It's new. May need time to be comfortable in using it, later will be able to give more solid feedback.
I believe that it's better to try and to be unique from other emails, then not doing anything at all. Should give some the (Tuckman Model) and reach the 'Norm stage'.

Please consider NOT updating again. THis update doesnt work. it wont send my emails !!!!! STOP updating. It worked fine before!
Leave the working system alone! put back the system I had before being FORCED to upgrade. I have been with you guys over 25 years-- and Im sick of updates that don't work. STOP! I NEED MY EMAIL TO WORK! IT NOW DOESNT!

can't download my documents.
i have old emails with important attachments from a few years ago and i cant seem to download my documents now. why????this is very frustrating.

Getting at the very least over 75-100 spam E-Mails per day is not what I would call good. When I, and others hit the DELETE SPAM BUTTON, " That should be the LAST TIME WE SEE THAT E-MAIL. Yet wait at least 3-5 minutes and it's back. Money talks, OUR FREEDOMS SUCK !

I don't receive email messages in a consistent, timely fashion
I am not receiving emails sent to me in a timely fashion on a consistent basis. Sometimes, I will go days without getting a new message. Other time, I will get a few messages and then all of a sudden I will get messages that are 2 or 3 days old that just popped up. This is consistent across, Apple, Android and Desktop versions. If you cannot fix it, I will be forced to find an email service that can deliver messages quickly when sent. If the message is time sensitive, I am probably screwed unless it is sent weeks…
