I spent close to 4 years trying to figure out why Yahoo Profile wasn't able to get rid of an old photo. Even after several attempts to contact support via various channels weren't able to resolve it.
Finally, I found out it was somehow pulling it from a long lost Gravatar account which I had no idea was linked to my Yahoo profile.Please consider adding some support article to assist others facing a similar problem.

Reinstate the "catchall" feature in Yahoo business mail
The catchall feature was removed from the Yahoo business e-mail platform without notification and I suddenly stopped receiving e-mail from all my customers a few days ago.
I had to "Google" the problem to find out Yahoo removed the catchall feature, as Yahoo help is so terribly managed.
I used their business name in their support e-mail address (myclient's businessnamehere@mydomain.com). It made them feel special and I could easily sort their mail.
Obviously, now, that feature has been removed and I have to create an "alias" for every one.
That was just ignorant.

profile photo
I changed my profile photo for Yahoo and Yahoo Mail, but the old photo keeps appearing on my sign in and also on my emails where my email address is and my Yahoo name. The photo at the top is the new one but on all correspondence etc the old one is always present...I don't understand why. How do I get all of the photos to be the same...the new one ??? Tried going to settings but that isn't working and can't find a way to change the photo. Please help ! Thanks

Just because the world is demanding everyone to have an email address now, is no reason for companies to steal our personal information. Where is our freedom of privacy, when you force all of us to freely hand over our personal lives to your prying eyes? It is a serious violation of trust and personal space, especially when you cannot stop hackers from stealing our data, and you want us to share more. It is illegal for people to tamper with your personal mail, but nothing protects us from people tampering with our digital mail. Yahoo is loosing the trust…

we have a @yahoo.co.uk account which works well except that our Disposable addresses which we use very regularly now does not support @yahoo.co.uk as it used to, only @yahoo.com so it i now of no use to us as your Custmer service , under case no 28162935, tells us that the function is only available in @yahoo.com which wecannot receive in our .co.uk accounts and tells us to open a .com account which will be a big pain as we have 3 yahoo mail accopunts all .co.uk . Fire your developers.
Suddenly my timestamp is incorrect. No big deal, a simple settings change is needed. What a convoluted mess to get there. They've keep changing things to substantiate their job. Simple is sometimes better. Complex does not make things better.

Change mail forwarding
Many including myself could not find out how to set autoforwarding. I was helped through it via the Contacts settings. However, this feature needs to be added to the settings in the window with the mail filtering that is part of the mail settings rather than through the Contacts settings. This looks like a design vestige that needs to be cleaned up.
